Preparing For Your Appointment

Check your appointment time and details

• You will have been contacted directly for your appointment date and time. Closer to the date of your scheduled appointment, you would have received a reminder if you have not confirmed your appointment with us.

• If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request for a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice. Please give us a call and we can reschedule.
  

What To Bring

Please bring the following:

• A valid health card.

• Loose, comfortable clothing for your physical examination.

• An up-to-date list of your medications

The Day of Your Visit

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment in order to check in and complete any necessary paperwork.

• For those checking in, please use our mobile check-in kiosk. Upon doing so, we will be notified about your arrival.

• We make it every priority to stay on time. However, unexpected or emergency situations may arise that could result in a delay in clinic. We appreciate your patients to ensure everyone receives the time they deserve during each visit.

• In our clinic, we are using Heidi, an AI Scribe in order to improve the quality of your visit. It is a transcription tool. It allows your doctors to generate accurate clinical notes and timely documentation back to your family physician.

Parking

• Parking at our facility is FREE and there are many spots available.

• We are located at 211 Pritchard Rd, Hamilton, ON L8J 0G5.
  

Getting To Our Clinic

• Our clinic is readily accessible by public transit.

• It is located right along the Hamilton Street Railway (HSR). It is a stop (Pritchard) along the following routes:

  • 21 Upper Kenilworth

  • 43 Stone Church

  • 44 Rymal
